Starting to work on a wedding blog post for Monday or Tuesday because this weekend is packed and we won’t have time at all to do it then, but I came across these photos again today and thought I’d share them quickly here first. These are from a personal project of ours back in 2007 that we called Portraits of a Marriage.
It was a photoblog of diptychs of our daily married life. We were still newlyweds then and we found it to be both a nice exercise in creativity for us, and a great way to document and appreciate our new life together. This project helped us learn to find the beauty in everyday life, and love in the smallest of things. I think we’ll start doing this again soon, maybe once a week on this blog. It’s a great time in our lives to pick it up again.
