There is a special place in our hearts for Amanpulo. It’s peaceful, serene, and the most beautiful private island resort we know. White sand, incredibly clear turquoise waters, and impeccable service. Nothing quite like it. When we read Christopher’s email last year, confirming that we were joining them for their wedding, my heart leapt in my chest. This would be our third time to return to Pamalican Island for work, but the thrill remains the same. Funny thing is that he left his first inquiry on our blog that we somehow did not receive (no idea how this happened!), and had he not emailed a week later to check with us, we would never have known and been a part of this.
This beautiful beach wedding was intimate, shared with only their immediate family and the closest of friends, but there was more than enough love to light up the entire island. I love the thought and care that went into the planning of their wedding details, from the stationery down to the elegant and tasteful styling of the single long table at their reception, and as always, that clear, turquoise water and powdery white sand. There was tons of dancing, and the joy was contagious. We’re happy to share a few of their wedding photos here today.
Christopher and Heidi, thank you for the trust, and for contacting us a second time!! I realize how so easily we could have missed out on your wedding, and am grateful we didn’t. It was an honor to have been there for it. We hope you enjoy the photos as much as we did taking them.
