Benedict and Rita’s Tagaytay Wedding

This day started out with an extraordinary amount of fog, which made me a bit giddy, because while it’s terribly inconvenient not to see more than a few meters ahead of you, it’s also quite romantic. No distractions, with everything else literally fading into nothingness, and all that you have is just what is right there in front of you. I loved it, and the occasional glimpses of Taal Lake it allowed that morning, whenever the wind blew just right.

Lots of well-curated details here. Total #weddinginspo stuff. Rita’s custom Veluz piña gown is to die for. I shared this on our Instagram as soon as I could. It was intricate and elegant, with impeccable attention to detail without being the slightest bit overpowering. She could move so easily and gracefully in it. And as expected of anything by Veluz, it suited the bride’s personality perfectly.

Happy to kick off this month of blogging with this one. Happy mid-week! It’ll be the weekend again before you know it. ;)
